Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ChannelGraph LLC, which operates ChannelGraph. By using ChannelGraph, you agree to them.

The service

ChannelGraph is revenue attribution for creators. It places tracked links in your content, records the clicks, signups, and purchases they lead to, and credits revenue back to the content that earned it.

Your account

You need an account to use ChannelGraph, and you must be at least 18 to create one. Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

YouTube

ChannelGraph uses YouTube API Services. By using ChannelGraph, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Connected accounts

You choose which platforms to connect. When you connect one, you authorize ChannelGraph to access it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to connect any account you connect. When you approve a tracked link change, you authorize us to update the selected video's description or comment. You can disconnect a platform, or revoke our access at the provider, at any time.

Your data

Your content, your audience's data, and the records ChannelGraph builds from them are yours. You give us permission to process them for one purpose: providing the service to you. You are responsible for your relationship with your audience, including having the right to collect their data through your links and complying with the laws that apply to your list.

Acceptable use

Use ChannelGraph for your own content and offers. Do not point tracked links at anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. Do not use ChannelGraph to send spam. Do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service, and do not resell it.

Fees

ChannelGraph is a paid product. Your price is the one we agree with you when you sign up. When pricing changes, we tell you before anything changes.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using ChannelGraph and close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account closes, we handle its data as the Privacy Policy describes.

Disclaimers

ChannelGraph is provided as is, without warranties. Attribution figures reflect the clicks, signups, and purchases we captured; they are records for your own analysis, not financial or business advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

When these terms change, we update them here and change the effective date. If a change matters, we tell you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and disputes are resolved in its courts.
